# Server Rules

The rules for casual PvPTiers modes, including General & Duels conduct and additional FFA rules.

1. **No kill farming.** Using alt accounts or friends to farm killstreaks or improve statistics is prohibited.
2. **No repeated toxic interruptions.** Repeatedly interrupting obvious 1 vs. 1 fights in a toxic way that makes the FFA experience less pleasurable for players is prohibited. This does not apply during Wars or organic team fighting activity.
3. **Combat rules carry over.** All rules from Duels relating to combat cheats and advantages also apply to FFA.

Please follow these rules when playing casual modes on PvPTiers.

## General & Duels

1. **Respectful chat.** Maintain respectful behavior in chat at all times. Spamming, flooding, or toxic language is not permitted.
2. **Unauthorized modifications.** The use of any unauthorized modifications is strictly forbidden. This includes macros, autoclickers, double-binding, or any similar tools. Refer to the permitted and disallowed mods table below.
3. **Input-altering software.** External software that alters input behavior, such as keyboard repeat rates or key remapping to simulate clicks, is not allowed.
4. **Advertising.** Avoid all forms of advertising except promotion of PvPTiers-related videos, livestreams, and media, which is permitted for media roles.
5. **Threats and harassment.** Do not threaten, harass, or endanger other players in any way.
6. **Privacy.** Doxing or sharing private information will result in severe consequences.
7. **Exploits and server performance.** Do not attempt to exploit bugs or intentionally degrade server performance. Any discovered exploits should be reported through a **Senior Inquiry ticket**.
8. **Impersonation and deception.** Impersonating staff or misleading players is prohibited.
9. **Usernames and skins.** Usernames and skins must remain appropriate at all times.

Use this table when checking whether a client-side mod is allowed on the PvPTiers Java server.
