# Support

Get help with PvPTiers in our Discord, and use MCPVP support for MCPVP-specific issues.

**PvPTiers support is handled through our Discord server.** If your issue is specifically about PvPTiers — such as connecting to the server, PvPTiers gameplay, a PvPTiers purchase, or a PvPTiers punishment — open a ticket in the category that best matches your issue.

## What PvPTiers support covers

Use the PvPTiers Discord ticket system for issues such as:

* connecting to the PvPTiers Minecraft server;
* PvPTiers FFA, Guilds, Casual Duels, Royale, SMP, XP, Coins, or other PvPTiers gameplay;
* PvPTiers purchases or missing PvPTiers items;
* PvPTiers player reports;
* PvPTiers punishments and appeals;
* bugs or exploits specifically affecting PvPTiers.

## What PvPTiers support does **not** cover

Do **not** use the PvPTiers support panel for:

* **old MCTiers blacklists or punishments;**
* **old PvPTiers Tier List blacklists or punishments;**
* **MCPVP blacklists, bans, punishments, appeals, player reports, account issues, or other MCPVP-related support;**
* disputes about historical Tier List status from the old PvPTiers or MCTiers systems;
* requests to move an old PvPTiers or MCTiers Tier into MCPVP;
* account or Tier transfers because an account was hacked, lost, sold, or replaced.

For MCPVP-specific support, use the official [MCPVP Support](https://www.mcpvp.com/support) system.

## Tier and account transfer policy

**Tiers do not transfer from the old PvPTiers Tier List or MCTiers Tier List into MCPVP.**

MCPVP is a separate competitive ranking system. A Tier held on the previous PvPTiers Tier List or MCTiers does **not** automatically carry over to MCPVP.

PvPTiers staff also do **not** perform Tier transfers or account transfers for hacked or lost Minecraft accounts.

This means:

* an old PvPTiers Tier cannot be transferred to MCPVP;
* an old MCTiers Tier cannot be transferred to MCPVP;
* a Tier cannot be moved to a different Minecraft account because the original account was hacked or lost;
* PvPTiers support cannot alter MCPVP Tier records or MCPVP account standing.

### Open a ticket in the relevant category

Find the ticket panel and select the category that best matches your **PvPTiers** issue. Use the category names shown in Discord; if you are unsure, choose the closest available option and explain your issue.

### Explain the issue and include evidence

Provide your Minecraft username, the affected game mode, what happened, and when it happened. Include useful screenshots, video, or the exact error message. Keep follow-up information in the same ticket so the team can follow the conversation.

## What to include in your ticket

| Purchases or missing items      | Minecraft username, the affected purchase or item, order or transaction ID, and purchase date; share these only inside your ticket |
| PvPTiers punishments or appeals | Minecraft username, the punishment message, when it was issued, and why you are appealing                                          |
| Player reports                  | Reported player's username, game mode, date and time, and relevant screenshots or video                                            |
| Other PvPTiers questions        | A clear description of the help you need and any relevant context                                                                  |
